Party Combinations, Duos etc.

Like in every game, also in Shaiya, every class has it's strength and weakness.
One class combining with another class, can either be very weak or they can make an unstoppable team.
The design is simple, to kill most members of the opposite fraction or to grind the best they can without anyone having to die. So here we go:

Pagan/Mage + Guardian/Defender

Guardians build is specifically designed to duo with a pagan. As the guardian gathers all the mobs, stuns them, then taunts so they stay on him, the pagan attacks with his powerful aoe (area of effect) magic.
The thing to remember is to WAIT till the guardian uses his skill Taunt, because if you attack before, the monsters might come back at you.
This is mostly the fastest way to gain high level, duo of Pagan and Guardian. Also it's good for farming lapis, armours, weapons etc.
Pagans have some powerful aoe attacks, which makes that a good grinding partner, because they can kill more monsters at once.
Guardians are good at taking a lot of damage, they can survive a lot of attacks with a good build.
PvP (Player vs Player) on the other hand is not friendly to Pagans. Because of their full INT build, they can maybe survive dealing one aoe attack, before a fighter or warrior kills them with one hit. We call them "squishy" :P Experimentng with builds or lapising your gear with pure REC, might help you survive a few attacks, but thats all up to you.

Warrior/Fighter + Oracle/Priest

This is the second best duo you can find in this game.
Warrior has a strong attack and can evade a lot of hits, dealing a tremendous damage to monsters when grinding. Also, with the help of an Oracle, warrior can gather mobs exactly like the guardian and killing them with his powerful aoe attacks.
Oracle is his "Life saver". With his healing powers, Oracle keeps the warrior alive for a long time and so making the grinding more efficient. With each level Oracles can heal more and with that making them more desirable in every party combination.
As for PvP, Warriors are true killers. Mostly, because they can kill Oracles and Pagans very fast, that way leaving the Defenders and Fighters defensless and an easy target(speaking from the opposite fraction, since Fighters equal to Warriors etc, so it can be the other way around too^^).
In most grinding parties or pvp, you can see Guardians, Warriors, Oracles and Pagans working together. It makes the leveling slower when there are more people, but you can clear ares faster, so it really makes up for it.

Hunter/Archer + Assassin/Ranger

These two classes are actually meant as solo classes.
You cant see a lot of Hunters or Assassins in grinding parties, because of their lack of Aoe Skills. They usually grind solo, killing one monster after another, and thus making them really hard to level. Making one of these classes is a true challenge.
As for pvp, Hunters and Assassins are really appreciated and great battle companions. Hunters with their wide ranged attack, can kill an opponent with one shot from a large distance. Assassins are famous for their stunning skills, making the opponent unable to move and attack, so making them an easy target for others to finish off. Also, assassins have the ability to make them invisible and go to the opponent to spy on them. It lasts short, but every information is a good information. ^^

This shouldnt affect how YOU will play the game. Various party combinations have been made with great results, you just have to experiment a little bit and find out which party combination works best for you.
Enjoy playing Shaiya. ^^

Classes

Welcome to the Classes in Shaiya.
As i said, AoL and UoF Classes vary in many ways, but they are also similar in many ways. The names might sound different, they may look different, but their goal is the same:
Defeat the opposite fraction!

AoL Classes

Human - Fighter

The Fighter is your standard melee combatant. Up close and personal is how the Fighter prefers confrontation. Physical attack power is the focus of the Fighter, but don’t be fooled. A certain amount of Magical Points (MP) is needed to power the Fighter’s devastating Special Skills.

Characteristics:

- Wide range of available weapons - Powerful physical attacks - Front-line brawler - Automatically gains +1 to Strength (STR) each level.

Human - Defender

The Defender is a tank. Defenders have high stamina and high hit points, enabling them to take a beating, but still stay standing. Unlike Fighters, Defenders can take on multiple foes at the same time with little worry. Defenders also have the ability to provoke enemies into attacking them, a useful skill when in groups.

Characteristics:

- Uses shields, one-handed swords, and blunt weapons - High vitality and stamina - First into the fray - Automatically gains Reaction Defense boost and HP (+1 to REC) each level.

Human - Priest

Relying on the spiritual nature of humans, the Priest is a true healer. The Priest uses healing magic to keep him / herself and party members healthy during battle. Priests can resurrect the dead, an extremely useful skill for keeping fallen comrades around. Priests also have a high resistance to magical attacks, making them a threat to Pagans.

Characteristics:

- Curing powers - Ability to transform allies into powerful monsters - Ability to transform enemies into harmless animals - Automatically gains + 1 Wisdom each level.

Elf - Ranger

The Ranger uses knowledge of the forest and the wilds to blend into the surroundings. Stealth and deception are the trademarks of a good Ranger. Ambush and evasion are staples of combat as a Ranger. They also know how to frighten some monsters away. Rangers can disguise themselves as harmless creatures, further enabling their stealth.

Characteristics:

- Uses short blades and claw weapons - High evasion ability - Stealth and disguise - Automatically gains +1 DEX per level.

Elf - Archer

Striking from a distance helps keep Archers out of harm’s way. Archers use ranged attacks to wound and slow the enemy as well as lower its attack power or stop it in its tracks. Special skills of the Archer allow them to literally rain arrows down upon their targets. Archers also have Lady Luck smiling down on them, enabling them to make critical.

Characteristics:

- Uses bow, crossbow, javelin, and short swords - Distanced attacks - High accuracy - Automatically gains fortune (+1 LUC) per level.

Elf - Mage

One of the hallmarks of the Elf race is their use of magic. No other class so exemplifies this than the Mage. Attacking up close or far away, targeting one foe or many, the Mage uses the power of magic to destroy their enemies. Their ability to harness the power of fire, water, earth, and wind makes the Mage a force to be reckoned with.

Characteristics:

- Awe-inspiring attacks - Single-target and area-of-effect attacks - Automatically gains intelligence (+1 INT) per level.

UoF Classes

Vail - Assassin

The Union’s answer to the Ranger is the Assassin. Like the Ranger, stealth and deception are the trademarks of a good Assassin. Ambush and evasion are staples of the Assassin. They also know how to frighten some monsters away. Assassins can disguise themselves as harmless creatures or as the enemy, further enabling their stealth.

Characteristics:

- Uses short blades and claw weapons - High evasion ability - Stealth and disguise - Automatically gains +1 DEX per level.

Vail - Pagan

Channeling spiritual forces allows the Pagan to unleash powerful magic-type attacks. Attacking up close or far away, targeting one foe or many, the Pagan uses spiritual magic to destroy their enemies. Their ability to harness the natural elements of fire, water, earth, and wind makes the Pagan a force to be reckoned with.

Characteristics:

- Awe-inspiring attacks - Single-target and area-of-effect attacks - Automatically gains intelligence (+1 INT) per level.

Vail - Oracle

Like the Human Priest, the Oracle relies on the spiritual nature of the Vail to heal allies. They can resurrect the dead, an extremely useful skill for keeping fallen comrades around and a must when Ultimate characters are in the party. Oracles also have a high resistance to magical attacks, making them a threat to Mages.

Characteristics:

- Curing powers - Ability to transform allies into powerful monsters - Ability to transform enemies into harmless animals - Automatically gains +1 Wisdom each level.

Nordein - Warrior

Like the Fighter, the Warrior is a standard melee combatant. Up close and personal is how Warriors prefer confrontation. Physical attack power is the focus of the Warrior, but focus solely on Strength. A certain amount of Magical Points (MP) is needed to power the Warrior’s devastating Special Skills.

Characteristics:

- Wide range of available weapons - Powerful physical attacks - Front-line brawler - Automatically gains +1 to Strength (STR) each level.

Nordein - Guardian

The Guardian is a tank. Guardians have high stamina and high hit points, enabling them to take a beating, but still stay standing. Guardians can take on multiple foes at the same time with little worry. Guardians also have the ability to provoke enemies into attacking them; a useful skill when in groups.

Characteristics:

- Uses shields, one-handed swords, and blunt weapons - High vitality and stamina - First into the fray - Automatically gains Reaction Defense boost and HP (+1 to REC) each level.

Nordein - Hunter

Hunters use ranged attacks to wound and slow the enemy as well as lower its attack power or stop it in its tracks. Hunters keep their distance in battle and should stay off of the front lines. Their Special skills allow them to literally rain death down upon their targets. Hunters also have high luck, enabling them to make critical hits more often than most other classes.

Characteristics:

- Uses axes, javelins, and bows - Distanced attacks - High accuracy - Automatically gains fortune (+1 LUC) per level.

Like i said, i can try and give you a good explanation of the UoF Classes, but as you can see, speaking for one fraction, also gives you the answer for the other one, since as the names differ, the strength and weakness for both is similar.

In my next blog i will try and explain to you the best party combinations and what each class is good for.

Races

Shaiya is a game where you are offered to a choice.
The choices u take are different in many ways mostly because you choose your destiny till the end, you either stay on that path or you choose to switch fractions. I might sound confusing, but once you start playing, you will see what i'm talking about. ^^
Here are the races you can choose between in Shaiya.

The Humans

Newest to the lands of Tios are the Humans. Spiritual, strong, and swift, the Humans are adept at nearly every job that Tios has to offer. However, their power truly lies in their strength of body and spiritual nature. Born Fighters and Priests, the Humans are natural complement to the magical Elves. Brought to Tios by the Goddesses, the hope was that the Humans would help restore balance and unity. Unfortunately, the Humans got swept up into the chaos, and the Elves were the first to assist them.

Priest

Defender

The Elves

Methodical, deliberate, and smart are just some of the words used to describe the Elves. The Elves, like the Vail, are descendents from the Dumianas. The Laws of Nature are very important to the Elves, and their society relies on order and discipline. The Elves are in constant conflict in their attempts to keep the monsters of Tios outside of their borders. The magical Elves are the chosen of the Goddess of Light.

Ranger

Archer

The Vail

Intelligent and swift, cunning and spiritual, the Vail are the chosen of the Goddess of Darkness. One of the two races that are descendents of the Dumianas, the Vail, while exotic and mysterious in appearance, are not the war-like people most expect them to be. Ferocious and treacherous only when necessary, the Vail seek to find a state of equilibrium in their surroundings. Not as strong as some of the other races, the Vail use stealth and the mystical arts when in battle.

Pagan

Assassin

The Nordein (aka Deatheaters)

Towards the end of the great war, the Goddesses created the Nordein to help protect Tios. The Nordein, or “Deatheaters,” have every appearance of being brutish and unintelligent, violent and aggressive. But this race of Ancients is a book that should not be judged by its cover. In the wars that followed their appearance on Tios, the Nordien acquired a disdain for magic and choose not to use it often, if at all. This is likely one reason that they sided with the spiritual Vail, and not the magical Elves.

Guardian

Warrior

I'm not really experienced on the AoL Races and Classes, but i will give you a full introduction on the UoF.

The Beginning....

Beginning....

First of all, i want to concentrate on Shaiya specifically, because thats the game i enjoy most playing. You ask why? Read carefully and you will see the answer.
Ok, let's get started.
First, of course you need to download the game.
It has around 900MB, so with a nice internet speed it will go very quickly.
Even if your speed isn't as fast, let it download through the night, while you are sleeping and preparing yourself for the wonderful world of Shaiya ^^
The download you can find on:

shaiya.aeriagames.com

It has several mirrors offered for faster download, so your needs are taken care of.

After the download, install the game.
If you have ever installed a game, you will know how to do it, and even if you didn't, just follow the instruction (yes, they are given) and you will do it fast.
You need to create an account on the Shaiya forum, and with that account and password you log in to the game.

Starting....

Start the game with double click or one click and enter!
Intro appears, blah blah, wait till a small window appears where it asks for your nickname and password.
Put in the User ID and Password from your Shaiya forum account, like i told you to.
After that is done a new screen appears where you're asked which fraction you want to join,
The Alliance of Light (AoL) or the Union of Fury (UoF).
This decision is was pretty simple to me, since i was always drawn to the dark side ^^
After that is done, choose a server.
Again, it is best in my oppinion, to choose the last server, since it must be new and if you want to practise that is the best for you.
The older servers are pretty old, has a lot of experienced players, so you might not understand all things right away.

Customization:

After choosing a side and choosing a server, you will find yourself on the beginning screen.
Click on Create, in order to create your first character.
New window appears, where you can tipe in your name you have chosen for the character, Male or Female, Height,Hair, Face etc and of course Class.

Mode:

First you have offered 2 modes, Easy Mode (EM) and Normal Mode (NM).
I suggest that you start with Normal Mode and dont waste your time with Easy Mode.
After reaching Level 40 on Normal Mode, Hard Mode (HM) is opened.
Then, you go make a new character and choose Hard Mode.
After reaching Level 40 on your Hard Mode character, Ultimate Mode (UM) is opened.
Be careful!
If you die with your UM (ultimate mode) character, withour having Ressurection runes in your inventory, or without a Ressurection of an Oracle or Priest, your UM character will be permanently deleted.

Classes:

For every fraction, there is an equivalent, so let me introduce you to 4 Classes where each have 3 representatives, Shaiya has to offer:

There are Nordein aka The Deatheaters, Vail, Elf and Human.

UoF AoL

Guardian <--------> Defender
Warrior <--------> Fighter
Hunter <--------> Archer
Pagan <--------> Mage
Oracle <--------> Priest
Assassin <--------> Ranger

UoF

Nordein aka The Deatheaters are:
Guardian, Warrior and Hunter.

Vail are:
Pagan, Oracle and Assassin.

AoL

Human are:
Defender, Fighter and Priest.

Elf are:
Mage, Archer and Ranger.

In my next blog, i will tell you a bit something about each class, what are they good at, and what they do a bit difficult, so stay tuned for a bit more excitement. xD

Shaiya

And now, what you all have been waiting for... SHAIYA!

Let me start with the usuall stuff, story, introduction, then we'll move on to the more detailed part of the game.

Shaiya

In a time before time, when the world was only in darkness, a Goddess came from another dimension named Etaine, with a mission to create the world of Shaiya in harmony and prosperity. In 333 days, through her will, strength, and a desire for a perfect world, she created the vast and rich land called Teos Epeiros. She initially created one large ocean that she immersed herself in to create all the continents out of her flesh. Mountains were made high and rivers ran deep throughout the land in likeness of the veins that ran within her body. She created green forests and plains that engulfed the lands in the likeness of her youthful complexion. The sky and stars inherited their exquisiteness from the likeness of her eyes.

All lives began from the hands of the Goddess of Etaine. At first, she created the Dragon Gods: Thelaiosis, to help her rule the kingdom of Teos Epeiros. Threemans, one of the Thelaiosisians had suggested to the Goddess that creating two more races, the Nordein and the Dumianas, would dramatically help aid the progression of prosperity in Teos. Soon after, with the help of Threemas, the Nordein and Dumianas were created.

The Nordein, were unfortunately born with deformities and unflattering features that made the Goddess deem them failures. She cast them back into the soil to be forgotten. Learning from the previous mistake of creating a race without a vision, the Dumianas were made in likeness of the Goddess with the Thelaiosisian's loyalty and virtue. All lived and prospered in harmony and worshipped the Goddess.

In time, the Dumianas developed strength. The Goddess gave them the gift of intelligence and knowledge, not knowing that such blessings would eventually foster ambitions, doubts, and growing disrespect and denial of her authority. The Dumianas eventually rebelled and started a war that lasted for 7 years.

As the war waged on, the Goddess Etaine became depressed with her failed creation and became weak. Her beauty faded along with her power. Taking advantage of the situation, the Dumianas ended the Goddess’ life with a piercing sword.

As she fell, her tormented soul shattered and was torn into two halves.

Upon her death, the land shook and the sky darkened as the living things throughout the world of Shaiya were quickly devoured into the soil as if to wash away the sins her subjects had committed.

A majority of Teos Eperios' land and inhabitants were destroyed. Fate allowed Proton and Eustatin, two remaining Dumianas, to survive and rebuild the lands. They hid themselves deep in Mount Aspeleia and lived together happily for years.

One day, Eustatin found out that she was pregnant. Alone in this world, scared, and confused about what to do next, Proton responded harshly and opted to take separate paths. Proton migrated to the north while Eustatin moved to the south.

In the South, Eustatsin lived in solitude and gave birth to a healthy son. Almost as if she was holding out until her son could fend for himself, she mysteriously died when he reached adulthood. The cremation fire burned for 100 days, fostered only by the resentments and hatred toward Proton. Even in cremation, to spare her son the anguish of living alone, Eustatin's motherly soul created a young woman from her ashes to share a life with her son. They became the ancestors of the Vail race, but still carried much of the resentment of the past.

For Proton, his life remained haunted by the actions taken by the Dumianas toward the Goddess Etaine as well as his own actions of abandoning the love of his life. In his loneliness, he created a statue in the image of the Eustatin in a tree. One day, the wooden figurine turned into a living woman in resemblance of Eustatin. Infused with the blood of the Earthen Goddess and Proton, they became the founders of the Elven race.

For five hundred years, the two races of Vail and Elves lived separately, unknowing of each others existence. As their races developed and progressed, they expanded their realms coming into contact with one another. The meetings were never cordial. The Vail pushed Northward while the Elf pushed Southward. Many battles were lost and won on both sides, but neither side could advance beyond the Fluvious River.

As for Etaine (once the Goddess of Etaine and now the Goddess of Shaiya), her body vanished with her death, but her soul remained divided in half. The division of her active soul created supernatural events that triggered occasional eclipses. When an eclipse happened, the world shook vigorously; the ground cracked wildly, and initiated a monstrous storm. The world of Shaiya virtually came to a halt, and the war between the Vail and the Elves momentarily stopped in fear of the Goddesses' power. On one of the eclipses, between the two oceans, a large island of Etos suddenly appeared and was born into the world of Shaiya. The inhabitants of Etos were of the Human race and came from the dimension of Gaia. After 200 years, the Human population prospered, but the island could not hold them and they were forced to migrate to the mainland of Teos. They soon found the Elves and formed the Alliance of Light.

In that same eclipse, in the Southern land where the Vail existed, the ground cracked open, and the Nordein that were once cast away and existed in the underground solitude, came out of the underworld with an evolved, stronger and larger form: the Deatheaters. Aggrogant, aggressive, and reckless at first, they waged war on both the Human-Elf alliance and the Vail as vengeance for their confinement. When they found themselves on the verge of defeat at the hands of the Human-Elf alliance, the Deatheaters were rescued by the Vail who aspired to create an force against the Alliance of Light, founding the Union of Fury.

Here our story begins...

Some of the features you can look forward to seeing in Shaiya:

  • 1500 vs 1500 - The ultimate Realm vs. Realm combat.
  • Bootleggery - Sell items to the opposing faction in the secret warehouse.
  • Challenges - Sick of someone's trash talk? Request a battle with a member of your own realm.
  • Arena Fights - Enter the grand arena and take your fight to a new level.
  • Goddess Blessing - Crushing the enemy doesn't just feel good, but it helps your side.
  • Guild Events - Guild vs. Guild combat, Guild vs. Monster combat, and the upcoming Willows Trial!
  • Quests, Mounts, Executions, Boss Fights, Dungeons, Demons, Dragons, and more...

The Fight For Teos

The lands divided, there are few places for the Union of Fury (the Vails and the Nordein) and the Alliance of Light (the Elves and the Humans) to meet face to face and do battle. The Borderlands is one such zone. Here, Union can fight against Alliance in small skirmishes or in all-out faction versus faction combat.

In the large battles, strategy is a must. Superior numbers does not guarantee a victory. The Borderlands are teeming with monsters that want nothing more than to destroy any invaders. Besides these monsters, the battle is affected by relics on each side. Both the Alliance and the Union have battlements that target the opponent. These relics can be destroyed and should be considered when formulating your attack and defense strategies.

The side that inflicts the most damage will win the day and the blessing of their Goddess.

The Blessing of The Goddess

Each side of the war seeks the Blessing of their Goddess. The Goddess Blessing is one of the most unique characteristics of Shaiya. Points for the Goddess Blessing are awarded when you slay a member of the opposing faction, or when you destroy an enemy relic. The Goddess Blessing is bestowed upon not only you, but will affect the whole Realm. The blessing has a multitude of positive effects on you and your faction.

Here are Some of the Benefits of Goddess Blessing

1. Increased success rate for upgrading weapons.
2. Increase in attack power.
3. Increase of maximum HP, MP, SP.
4. Increase of HP, MP, SP restoration during rest.
5. Increase of MP, SP power restoration during the major battle.
6. Increase of Magic Attacking Power.
7. Increase of Defending Power (physical, shooting, magic).
8. Reduced experience value loss during resurrection.
9. Reduced repair costs of damaged equipment.
10. Reduce cool-down time when consuming items.

Mode Selection:

There are 4 modes to choose from when playing Shaiya. When you first begin playing, only Easy and Normal modes will be available. Once you have reached level 40 in Normal mode, Hard mode becomes available. After reaching level 40 in Hard mode, Ultimate becomes available.

Easy Mode - Think of Easy mode as a tutorial. Leveling is fast as little XP (experience points) is needed to progress. However, Easy mode is capped at level 30, you cannot join nor create a guild in Easy mode, and the Special Skills in classes are not available. You are also unable to use items labeled Dread, Legend, or Goddess. You gain 5 Stat points (to increase your basic character attributes) and 3 Skill Points (to gain new skills or increase current skills) per level while in Easy mode.

Normal Mode - Normal mode is where most players will begin. You need more experience to gain levels than in Easy, but the level cap is removed. You are able to use all items usable in Easy mode, plus you are able to use Dread items. You gain the same Stat and skill points as in Easy mode; 5 Stat and 3 Skill per level.

Hard Mode - You will need more experience than you did in Normal to gain levels, but the rewards are also greater. You can use all the items you could in Normal, but now you can also use Legend items. You gain 7 Stat points and 4 Skill points per level.

Ultimate Mode - The pinnacle of power is Ultimate Mode. Gaining levels takes skill and patience. Your increased stat and skill points here will make your character the most powerful possible: 9 Stat points and 5 Skill points per level. You can use all items in the game, including the devastating Goddess weapons. However, this power comes at a cost: if your character dies, you have only 3 minutes to be resurrected... or your character is deleted and you must start all over.

Here are some pics from ingame and in my next blog i will go a bit detailed about the classes, weapons, items, etc....

Stone Age 2

How would you like to go far, far in the past?

Stone Age 2

Long ago, before the age of stone we know so well, was the world caught up in an Ice Age that left everything covered with a freezing frost? Was it instead an age of fire, with twisting rivers of lava coursing like veins through the barren land? Or…was it something completely different?

StoneAge 2 takes us back to an age when humans lived alongside the realm of spirits, and walked in the shadows of towering dinosaurs. Using the power of the spirits, humans learned how to predict the weather, be forewarned of danger, and call mighty dinosaurs to be their allies. There are even those who took dinosaurs as pets, raising them in their own homes as family.

In time, some dinosaurs learned how to understand human speech and express their own feelings in words. No sooner had they learned how to talk than they became as chatty as any human, sending secret messages to their owners from time to time.

Although humans banded together to create a better lifestyle, nature remains a savage force, unleashing its power through storms, volcanic eruptions, and earthquakes. These natural forces shaped the terrain, altering the layouts of dungeons and turning vast fields into arid desert scrubland. But when a great number of people gather in the same place, they can exert their force on nature, changing barren wastes into fields of flowers and even sometimes receiving strange gifts sent down from the sky.

Within the wide world, it is known that each person has a destined partner, bound soul-to-soul by the power of the Stone of Fate. Those who discover the Stone of Fate will see their future partner on their map, and when they find their partner, the Stone will grant them a new power, enabling them to gather more strong allies and battle harsher foes.

This is an ancient world of stone and legend, where around blazing fires, tales are told of phantom flowers that never blossom, places where the moon never waxes, and a legendary treasure guarded by a fearsome pterosaur.

What adventures await beyond the rainbow on the horizon, unfurling in the soft blue sky after the raging storm has passed? Crawl out of that cave, find your destined partner, sharpen your flint spear, and head out on a new adventure in a world where dinosaurs are still kings. -Wiki

Pi Story

Sweet and cute story for a sweet and cute game...or is it???

Pi Story

In the days where nothing existed in the great abyss, the gods created a giant egg. From the egg came forth a new world filled with humans and a multitude of small spirits and demi- gods which ruled this world. This great egg and the origin of all birth was called ‘Pi.’

The Human race was protected from the dangers of the outside world, and a seemingly endless peace existed in the air.

Many, many years passed. Through birth and rebirth, humans began to grow in size and numbers. Once the world had seemed so large, but now there was not enough room for everyone, or so it seemed. The land was divided into countless territories that arose from the constant bickering and disagreement, and even the demi-gods began to fight amongst themselves for power.

Strong as it was, Pi was no match for all the negativity and violence that it contained, and the egg shattered into many pieces. Its destruction led to a scattering of the human race, and a world of chaos and confusion emerged, a world where even time, space, and dimension were not in harmony.

Although the gods regretted their actions, it was too little too late. The great gods could not piece the world back together. They sent forth their apostles Edda and Eddain in search of the one person who could unite the broken pieces of Pi.
